No-Bake Oats Peanut Butter Energy Bars

- Instant or quick cook oats, uncooked- 1 cup
- Raisins or dried cherries or dried cranberries- ⅓ cup
- Peanut butter- ½ cup
- Honey- 3 tbsp
- Vanilla extract- 1 tsp (optional)
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Peanut butter will loosen up while combining with the other ingredients.
- Spread the mixture in a small cake pan and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
- Cut into bars and enjoy.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for a few days.
