I'm very anxious to try making creamed corn or corn chowder with coconut milk! Of course they'll go well together!! I've made corn bread with coconut milk and it was simply fabulous! Great selection of ingredients!! I never would have thought of pairing fish with nutmeg if you hadn't put this combination together! This looks wonderful!!
